Our History
Black Pearl Construction is a 3rd generation construction company that has remained an owner-operator business since its founding. From the beginning, Black Pearl Construction has offered amazing customer service while giving every project the exquisite attention to detail it deserves.
The current owner is James Page, who is proud to carry on the family construction tradition.
James is motivated by the knowledge that he can help someone create their dream home or ideal business. Watching these projects come to life continues to ignite his passion for the industry.
James was born and raised in construction. He learned the business by watching his family work hard to make clients happy. He is known for his attention to detail and for his love for his customers.
